Long & Short is the joint venture between me and my coaching partner Carol Faculjak, two seasoned coaches who found the work goes further together than apart.

It's where everything we make as a pair lives. We co-wrote Practical Manifestation: The Magic Formula, and we run the Labs, where you put the method to work with us in the room.

The Open Labs are free. Three Wednesday evenings this autumn, an hour each on Zoom, one question at a time with the space to actually answer it. 23 September, 21 October and 18 November, 7.30pm. Come to one or come to all three.

The Manifesting Lab is the longer one. Six weeks in January, small group, running a real goal through the whole method with both of us alongside you. Registration opens 18 November.

We also coach on the formula side by side, so you get two sets of eyes and double the honesty. One method, worked from both ends.
